The Dual Line Compensation Plan...

When you upgrade to Member and place an Autoship order for at least one Vemma Nutrition Program™ you will automatically lock in a position in one of your Enroller's two SuccessLines™ and instantly be in business. Then, you can concentrate on inviting people to visit your VemmaBuilder™ Opportunity Website and begin building your SuccessLines™.
Best yet, the Vemma Compensation Plan pays out a true 50% of the CV (wholesale price in the US) weekly, so you have the opportunity to get paid every week!  Your monthly Autoship order will activate your membership for four weeks including the volume week in which the order is placed, plus a one-week grace period.

Team Building Income
The Team Bonus
The Team Bonus will be paid at the end of each four week rank advancement period. Qualifications: Active with 120 QV and Qualified (four personally-enrolled active Members or Customers, one in each SuccessLine™, two anywhere) at the time the bonus is paid.
Eligible Members who cycle at least once in a four-week period will earn the Team Bonus in the amount of the difference between their TOTAL 4 week earnings and $60 USD, ensuring $60 USD in earnings every four weeks that they remain qualified.
Instant Sponsor Bonus
Qualifications: Member status with a past purchase
For the first sale only, the immediate upline Sponsor will receive a $4 USD Instant Sponsor Bonus (ISB) on the first Member placed below them in their SuccessLine™ #1. Subsequent orders will be paid out in the existing Cycle Bonus. Neither activation nor qualification is required for this bonus; however a Member needs to have purchased an order at some point. This bonus will pay out only once in the lifetime of each Member. The Instant Sponsor Bonus will compress to the next eligible Member in the upline if one of the two following conditions exist:
  • The upline is not a Member
  • The upline has never ordered
Retail Bonus (Indonesia and Philippines sales only)
Qualifications: Active with 30 QV (1/2 pack)
Eligible enrollers will receive the Retail Bonus on every sale in Indonesia and Philippines. The Retail Bonus will compress to the next eligible Member in the upline if the enroller is not active.

Fast Start Bonus
Qualifications: Active with 60 QV. Members with Rank of Platinum and above Active with 120 QV. For Indonesia and Philippines only: Active with 30 QV (1/2 pack). (See chart under Cycle Credit below)
Eligible Enrollers will receive the Fast Start Bonus on the first order of those Members whom they personally-enrolled. Each first sale will also contribute 1/2 cycle credit or half QV and CV.
Fast Start Bonus is subject to Compression. If the Enroller is inactive then the first qualified upline Enroller will receive the Fast Start Bonus.
Consistency Bonus
Qualifications: Active with 120 QV
On every ongoing order of a personally-enrolled Member's orders, the Enroller will be eligible to receive a 5% Consistency Bonus (See chart under Cycle Credit below).
Any Consistency Bonus that is generated, but not eligible for, will be added to the weekly cycle value amount.
Cycle Bonus
Qualifications: Active with 60QV and Qualified (two personally-enrolled active members, one in each SuccessLine™) For Indonesia and Philippines only: Active with 30 QV (1/2 pack) and Qualified (two-personally-enrolled active members, one in each SuccessLine™) .
At the end of each volume period (week), the Vemma computer searches down your SuccessLine™ #1 and SuccessLine™ #2 and whenever three sales (180 QV) in one SuccessLine™ and six sales (360 QV) in the other SuccessLine™ occur (sides can switch back and forth), Members are eligible to earn a Cycle Bonus of approximately $22 - $26 USD. Indonesia and Philippines members who are active with 30 QV (½ pack) will earn one-half (1/2) of the cycle bonus amount. Members can cycle as many times a pay period as they earn.
To ensure the highest possible cycle value payout amount, Vemma will set aside 46% of the commissionable volume to the cycle value each week. The weekly cycle value will be determined each week based on total sales.
Presidential or above Members are required to maintain a specific personally enrolled downline structure to receive 100% of their cycle earnings. Please refer to the Rank Advancement section for structure requirements and timeline details.
Vemma Asia pays an additional 30% more in Cycle Bonuses aside from the normal Cycle Bonus payout.

For every Ultimate Builder Pack sale of personally-enrolled downlines, in Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan, Vemma Asia will pay an additional $150 USD Fast Start Bonus to the enroller who had purchased an Ultimate Builder Pack or whose earnings level is $25,000 per week.
Members will not be eligible to receive most earnings until they have qualified their membership by having a 120 QV Autoship on file and one active Vemma Member in their SuccessLine™ #1 and one in their SuccessLine™ #2 whom they personally enrolled. Members will be able to accrue volume in their SuccessLine™ #2 if they are qualified. However, if a member has 4 consecutive weeks of non-qualification, the volume in their SuccessLine™ #2 only will flush. For every consecutive week after the 4-week flush that they continue to not qualify, no volume will accumulate on the profit side. Any sales that they have in the power leg of their organization will remain there until they have qualified their membership as long as they are active. Members can accumulate or bank a maximum of $2,000,000 CV in their larger SuccessLine™.
Members below the rank of Platinum are considered active if they have an active Autoship base order with a 60 QV minimum order every five weeks. Platinum and above Members are considered active if they have an active Autoship base order with a 120 QV minimum order every five weeks.
If a member has (4) four consecutive volume periods in which they are not active, all accumulated volume will flush or dissappear.
At the end of every corporate 52 week period, all volume, in your larger SuccessLine™, in excess of fifteen times the total amount of the members most recent 4 week profit leg volume will be flushed, if that member was enrolled prior to week 27. Members enrolled during or after week 27 will not flush until the following year. At the start of Week 1, all volume in your larger SuccessLine™ exceeding the set threshold will be flushed. The threshold is equal to 150,000 QV or fifteen (15) times volume generated in your smaller SuccessLine™ during weeks 49-52, whichever is greater. The most recent four week volume in your smaller SuccessLine™ is defined as any and all generated volume that occurs in Member's smaller SuccessLine™ during weeks 49 through 52.
After 24 consecutive weeks without activity, the membership will be terminated.
